How you will contribute
  • Work & collaborate within the Creative & Brand team to produce inventive, impactful digital designs.
  • Work efficiently to complete a wide selection of briefs for a variety of Digital, Social & Ecommerce channels.
  • Take conceptual ideas and bring them to life visually to specification.
  • Image formatting and banner creation for website updates.
  • Create and build visual elements for our website and email marketing.
  • Create animations/motion graphics for paid media adverts and organic social, using a mixture of product animation, videography & typography skills to create assets.
  • Own your time and workload, work to tight deadlines and be accountable for your workflow and schedule.
  • Take ownership on project briefs from start to finish

What you will bring
  • Experience in a professional in-house design environment and/or design agency.
  • Good understanding of digital design and the best practices to convey messages online.
  • Knowledge and experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically: After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Additional experience with other software is desirable: Adobe Dimensions and Cinema 4D.
  • Understanding and passion for digital technologies, marketing and design trends with an understanding of how they are adopted to fit business and brand plans.
  • Creative, confident individual who knows when to push the boundaries of design and when to adhere to guidelines and parameters to move the brand forward.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a larger team.
  • Flexibility and excellence under tight deadlines.
  • Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • The ability to solve problems, make decisions and offer solutions.
  • Creative mind with a passion for bringing new ideas to life and the ability to take them through to production.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to keep pace with business growth.
  • A team player with a great attitude and the ability to get stuck into any brief and support the brand.
  • Desire to work closely with all departments in the company to gain a full understanding of the business.
