We spend our days strategizing with founders, CEOs, CMOs and other incredibly talented people to help them scale their businesses and tackle the everyday challenges of ecommerce today. We are looking for a full-time Digital Designer to join our growing team who takes initiative and thrives on ownership. Someone who can anticipate client needs, take ideas from vision to execution, and raise the bar with every project.

In this position, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our clients across our brand's catalogs and product listings on Amazon. Your responsibility goes beyond simply maintaining brand aesthetics. You’ll be expected to elevate them. We’re looking for someone who not only delivers thoughtful, effective, and on-strategy creative but also pushes the boundaries of design and strategic thinking to drive fresh, engaging ideas.

You will be working using the following platforms:

  • Amazon Seller Central

  • Amazon Vendor Central

  • Walmart Seller Center

  • Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities:

  • Become the expert in every detail of our clients' brand and products

  • Conduct in-depth brand, category, product and competitive research to help inform strategic, creative optimizations and catalog update recommendations

  • Anticipate client needs and proactively identify optimization opportunities or creative opportunities for our clients

  • Shape long-term creative plans using data, testing, and insights to guide and update creative strategy

  • Work closely alongside agency partners and teammates to execute creative projects, from concept to completion, in a thoughtful and strategic way for our clients, including but not limited to product listing images, product videos/gifs, A+ Content, Brand Stories, Brand Storefronts, Posts, A/B tests and advertising creative

  • Develop project timelines and ensure adherence to the timeline for overall project completion

  • Balance multiple projects across multiple clients while maintaining creative excellence

  • Maintain organized design files and asset libraries for all projects and clients

  • Develop new creative templates that raise the bar for Amazon platform creative

  • Act as a bridge between creative execution and brand strategy by working collaboratively with the Creative Director and Brand managers

  • Participate and lead brainstorming sessions with internal teammates to discuss background research and to align on the creative recommendations

  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with internal teams (Catalog, Advertising and Operations) to ensure all initiatives are being completed and performance is optimal

  • Be prepared to occasionally communicate with clients on calls and over email sharing creative deliverables, discussing feedback and obtaining approval of final designs

  • Work with the goal of increasing overall impressions, sessions, conversion rate, best seller rankings and sales of product listings through strategic creative content optimizations

  • Evaluate and improve on current practices and take the initiative to improve client performance at every possible opportunity

  • Work with account managers on the development of longer term strategic creative plans of action

  • Trusted to make design decisions with minimal oversight/direction. We are looking for a self-starter who has the confidence to become an Amazon expert

Requirements:

  • 4-7+ years of professional design experience

  • 1-2+ years of Amazon design experience

  • Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design or related field

  • A diverse portfolio that showcases a deep understanding of design and brand strategy, demonstrating solutions to business problems through effective design

  • Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

  • Experience working directly with Amazon or in Vendor or Seller Central, or other eCommerce related platforms

  • Deep knowledge of standard digital design practices

  • High level proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Cal, etc.)

  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multi-task and deliver consistently high quality work in a fast paced environment

  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail, work ethic and personal accountability; possess a can-do and follow-through attitude at all times

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and video editing capabilities is a plus.
