Job Description

This position will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of digital marketing -- everything from lead generation/customer acquisition through online advertising, marketing automation and conversions, campaign reoptimization and more. We’re a growing web startup that sells digital products. You’ll have the chance to help build our company from the ground up. Responsibilities will include:

  • Conception, planning and implementation of marketing measures with a focus on user acquisition is your business

  • Management of online marketing campaigns (digital advertising, SEM, SEO, Email Marketing, Text Message marketing, Retargeting and other online advertising channels)

  • Assist in the development of our marketing automation strategy leveraging InfusionSoft

  • In addition to user acquisition, this role will also focus on user monetization initiatives and advertising operations

  • Responsible for additional marketing tasks and independently work on campaign optimization

  • Support the development and implementation of affiliate marketing efforts

  • Assist in the preparation of metrics analysis reporting

Qualifications

You might be perfect for this position if you are:

  • Love learning, are obsessed with marketing, want to get measurable results and are generally a badass

  • Are pursuing or have completed a business/marketing degree, with an emphasis in digital media as a plus

  • Extremely passionate for online marketing and data analysis

  • A self-starter and excel in a fast-paced, creative environment

  • Analytical, and great at communication and conceptual skills

  • Detail-oriented, organized with the ability to work both independently and part of a team
