Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Remote
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital and Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting digital marketing initiatives for both our events and marketing solutions divisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, proficiency in using Marketo, Salesforce.com, and Sprout Social, and preferably possess experience with platforms such as Swoogo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
Responsibilities:

  • Event Marketing Support (25%):
    • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to promote events, focusing on attracting sponsors and attendees.
    • Collaborate with the events team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns.
    • Utilize Marketo and Salesforce.com for effective event marketing automation.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
    • Manage social media presence related to events using Sprout Social.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of event marketing tactics.
    • Manage our external agency for paid social campaigns for our events.
  • Enterprise Marketing Campaign Support (75%)
    • Manage our SproutSocial Employee Advocacy platform to ensure we are amplifying our content via our employees
    • Manage our Email Signature platform campaigns to ensure we’re always promoting the latest and greatest content and offerings via employee email signatures
    • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for our marketing solutions (Connect) and communities (Communities) division.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and create targeted campaigns to attract inbound leads for sponsorship.
    • Utilize Marketo and Salesforce.com to automate and optimize marketing solution campaigns.
    • Manage out Google Analytics instance for Cyberriskalliance.com and help surface insights to the enterprise marketing team on how we can drive increased traffic to our site.
    • Explore and implement innovative strategies to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
    • Leverage tools such as Swoogo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to enhance campaign effectiveness.
    • Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Manager our paid social agency to execute campaigns to promote our many brands, and CRA Connect and Communities offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on both events and marketing solutions.
  • Proficiency in Marketo, Salesforce.com, and Sprout Social is essential.
  • Experience with Swoogo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Job Information (NYC)
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, CRA is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City and takes into account numerous factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to a candidates' qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and location.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000 to $85,000, which does not include other compensation benefits package.
