Position Summary:

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with a strong background in B2B marketing, demand generation, and marketing operations. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing digital performance, managing our website, and supporting our company’s growth objectives.
You will work closely with the Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations teams to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion among high-value accounts. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who understands how to leverage digital channels, AI-powered marketing tools, and data analytics to refine and scale marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities 

Digital Strategy & Execution 

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, social, and email to drive engagement and lead conversion. 

  • Own and optimize digital channels, ensuring alignment with company goals and marketing objectives. 

  • Collaborate with sales to align digital strategies with account-specific sales objectives. 

  • Develop email and nurture campaigns. 

Website Management & SEO 

  • Lead website enhancements, focusing on user experience (UX), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and lead generation. 

  • Manage internal project coordination and act as the primary liaison with third-party web developers. 

  • Oversee a full website redesign project, ensuring strategic alignment with brand and business goals with support from marketing leadership. 

  • Continuously analyze and optimize website performance to enhance user engagement and lead conversion. 

  • We are also looking for someone that is willing to support the future state of marketing with AI best practices. How we optimize our content to be recognized in AI tools when searching for our solutions and thought leadership topics, what we are calling DIgital AI content.  

Marketing Operations & Data Analysis 

  • Partner with the Marketing Operations team to optimize marketing automation, CRM integrations, and lead management processes. 

  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM platforms) to measure ROI, optimize digital spend, and improve conversion rates. 

  • Track and report on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 

Content Personalization & Social Media 

  • Work with content creators to develop account-specific landing pages, personalized email sequences, and targeted digital ads. 

  • Manage and optimize paid and organic social media strategies to increase engagement and visibility among key accounts. 

  • Execute account-based advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on marketing operations, website management, and performance marketing. 

  • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, display). 

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, CRO, and website optimization best practices. 

  • Proficiency in ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Terminus) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot). 

  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies. 

  • Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams. 

  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools for campaign optimization is a plus. 

  • Experience with html is also a plus

Salary range: $110,000-$120,000
