  • Manage and test ad extensions (sitelinks, callouts, snippets).
  • Assist in A/B testing ad copy and creative variations.
  • Support campaign builds, upload bulk sheets, and QA assets for accuracy.
  • Help track budgets, monitor pacing, and flag performance anomalies.
  • Compile performance reports in Google Sheets, Excel, or Looker Studio.
  • Use AI-powered workflows for reporting, ad copy ideation, and optimization suggestions to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Shadow strategy/client calls to learn about campaign planning and optimization.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a 4-year degree from an accredited university.
  • Strong interest in paid search marketing, analytics, and AI-driven campaign management.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and digital marketing tools (e.g., SEMrush) is a plus; training will be provided.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers.
