About the Role


We're looking for a tech-savvy, creatively driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own our marketing systems and amplify our digital presence. You'll be the backbone of our marketing engine — building smart automations in GoHighLevel, optimizing our SEO footprint, and producing visually compelling content that drives real results.


This is a hands-on role where strategy meets execution. You'll work closely with the CEO and Digital Marketing Manager to build systems that scale.



Responsibilities

GoHighLevel (GHL)

  • Build funnels, workflows, automations, landing pages, and forms

  • Manage CRM pipelines, triggers, email/SMS campaigns

  • Integrate webhooks and third-party tools

  • Test and optimize campaigns for conversions

SEO & Website

  • Keyword research and on-page SEO optimization

  • Basic technical SEO (speed, indexing, crawl issues)

  • Monitor performance using Google Analytics & Search Console

  • Update and maintain websites 

Social Media Support

  • Create simple visuals using Canva

  • Assist with scheduling and posting content via GHL

  • Strong SEO experience (on-page + basic technical SEO)

  • Proven experience with GoHighLevel (funnels, workflows, automations)

  • Proficiency in Google Search Console and Google Analytics

  • Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS

  • Basic Canva/design skills for social media content
