Job Description Summary  

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others. You will work within the Digital Services department, reporting to the Director of Paid Media Operations. Our team partners with clients to drive measurable digital results by reaching their ideal customers using Fusable’s first-party data. In this role, you will lead campaign strategy and execution to drive traffic, conversions, and growth, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve client outcomes.  

 
What you will do

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others ensuring client KPIs are achieved.  
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS. 
  • Lead tracking infrastructure setup, maintain ongoing monitoring, and proactively manage updates to confirm data integrity. 
  • Optimize campaign performance through ongoing testing and refinement of ad placements, targeting, and ad assets. 
  • Collaborate with team members across departments (account management, sales, etc.) to ensure digital marketing strategies align with business objectives.  
  • Hold a client-facing mindset layering digital strategy with relationship management.  
  • Provide regular updates and insights to account team, highlighting campaign performance and recommending strategic adjustments. 
  • Build and articulate reporting to highlight actionable insights and opportunities. 
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.  

 

What you need

  • 2-3 years of experience building and managing paid media campaigns in any or a combination of the following: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or other programmatic ad platforms. Agency experience is a plus. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teammates in various roles. 
  • Proficiency with Excel. 
  • Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. 
  • Superior time management, project management, and organizational skills. 
  • Genuine curiosity, prodigious critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
