Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Digital Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring successful execution of reporting and analysis of operational KPI’s for colehaan.com.  This role will also manage the vendor contract, funding approval requests and invoice management for all digital vendors. Additionally, the Digital Operations Coordinator will participate in a variety of operations-related projects and tasks noted below.


CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Analysis

 

  • Provide reporting and analysis of key operational metrics, along with identification of opportunities, risks and trends to appropriate business stakeholders
    • KPI’s will include but not be limited to: returns trends and feedback, freight expense, cancellations, and international 3PL operations
  • Identify and work collaboratively on optimization strategies stemming from operational analysis
  • Provide freight forecasting for all fulfillment sites, to inform labor and volume impacts
  • Build and utilize partnerships with various corporate partners to ensure the effective completion of projects and/or analysis in a timely manner

 

Vendor contract, funding & invoice management

 

  • Onboard new digital vendors for payment setup & processing
  • Process all digital P&L invoices, including but not limited to setup of purchase orders and goods receipts on a weekly basis
  • Maintain transparent tracking for all invoice payment and funds availability for digital vendor set
  • Provide all monthly accruals for key vendors to DTC Finance
  • Conduct a recurring invoice audit for digital funding, raising awareness of any gaps in invoice receipt or payment (bi-weekly at minimum)

 

Operational Support

  • Maintain and communicate needs for supply procurement for the digital business, which includes external contacts and partnerships with various supply vendors
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and work on initiatives within the digital operations team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Ecommerce or related field
  • 2-4 years prior experience in business analysis with digital systems
  • Demonstrated proficiency using digital systems
  • Ability to assess priorities and work collaboratively with multiple departments
  • Detail orientation
  • Strong MS Office skills; advanced Microsoft Excel required

Base Salary/Hourly Range: From $70,000 to $80,000 annually*

Bonus Eligibility: Yes, eligible for annual target bonus based on company and individual performance
