What you’ll be doing:

The Digital Product and Assets Manager is responsible for driving the performance, evolution, and strategic value of Pluxee’s digital assets in Tunisia including mobile applications, web portals, APIs, and supporting digital platforms.
This role combines product management, digital innovation, data driven decision making, and growth acceleration to strengthen the user experience, unlock new business opportunities, and support Pluxee’s digital strategy in the Tunisian market.

Proven expertise in building business cases, financial models, and decision support analyses.
Excellent presentation, communication, and pitching skills.
Strong digital orientation including mobile apps, APIs, web portals, UX UI, cloud, security, analytics, and AI tools.
Fluent proficiency in English and French written and spoken.
High autonomy, execution discipline, and strong problem solving skills.

Education Requirements:
Master degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Information Systems, Digital Strategy or a related field.
IHEC, ISG, TBS or similar business schools.

Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, digital platforms, fintech, or technology driven environments.
Languages:
Fluent in English, French & Arabic
