Leader within Digital Product Management. Lead and develop EPM (Enterprise Project Management) team to support the development of digital products and supporting the Owner's Experience portfolio including services including cat.com, Shop experience on cat.com, dealer websites and other projects that span across eCommerce and Owner's Experience. The Digital Program Manager is the owner for Scrum@Scale, Agile and Waterfall frameworks implemented within DPM as needed.
