The Role:

Intersection is seeking an upbeat, energetic, and self-motivated Digital Sales Operations Associate to join the MRO Team and work in our New York office! You should have outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, and the desire to work cross-functionally with stakeholders. You will serve as a liaison between Deployment, Sales, Ad Ops, Product, and Inventory in order to provide a seamless client experience and enable Sales success.

Within the first 30 days, you will become an internal expert on internal resources (digital inventory, ad ops, product, sales coordinator, and account management teams) and our media clients to ensure a smooth and positive customer service experience.

In the first 6 months, you will be fully responsible for:

  • Managing pre-launch, launch, and post-campaign activities for our digital ad networks by being an expert on internal processes like managing digital inventory, providing campaign reporting, and using data to respond to RFPs
  • Becoming the subject matter expert in all things digital - working cross-functionally with internal teams (product, deployment, etc.) as well as our third-party ad servers & our inventory management platform

In the first 12 months, you will be:

  • Ideating, generating, and implementing new processes and features to enable Sales success
  • Strategizing solutions to ensure successful client relationships - finding the best possible solution for both us and the client/agency partner.
  • Partnering with the Product, Ad-tech, and external teams to bring innovative digital projects to fruition
  • Develop standard processes and tools/dashboards that can be scaled centrally
  • Spearheading additional initiatives and ad-hoc projects

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience, Digital Media preferred
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment with proven stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in the areas of strategy, data analysis, organizational design, process optimization and go-to-market approach
  • Must be detail-oriented and deadline driven, with strong organizational and time management skills
