We are currently seeking a Dir - Pricing & Planning to join our Pricing & Inventory and Direct Response team based in our New York, New York headquarters.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the VP of Pricing & Planning in overseeing all aspects of pricing strategy, inventory yield management, and ongoing maintenance across Data-Driven Linear (DDL), and traditional linear deal types
- Partner closely with OpenAP to lead post-quarter reporting efforts, proactively resolve data discrepancies across platforms, and identify innovative methods for streamlining reporting processes
- Serve as a primary liaison with OpenAP and Business Intelligence teams, managing complex communication workflows to ensure seamless campaign activation and accurate data alignment
- Take a leadership role in developing and implementing pricing and inventory strategies that drive revenue growth, ensuring cross-functional alignment and operational excellence
- Maximize commercial revenue by optimizing inventory utilization in partnership with Direct Response, Commercial Operations, and Ad Sales teams
- Contribute to the professional development of Sales Assistants and Planners by providing mentorship, training, and day-to-day guidance
QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in media or advertising, with at least 5 years pricing and planning with management or leadership experience
- Deep understanding of data-driven advertising and advanced audience targeting platforms
- Strategic thinker and creative problem solver who blends analytical rigor with sound business judgment and intuitive insights
- Proven ability to identify and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency, transparency, and results
- Self-starter with a proactive, team-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
The base compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $135,000 commensurate with experience.
