The Director of Sales Strategy will work closely with its counterparts in Ad Products, Client Solutions, Marketing, and Measurement to ensure that we have a relevant suite of products available to sell for our top verticals and to help guide prioritization and evaluation of projects based on marketplace needs. The Strategy team also works closely with Sales leadership to inform go to market strategies by vertical and participates in senior-level client meetings when there are opportunities to explore new partnerships and bespoke solutions.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

***Experience in the Automotive Industry strongly preferred.***

• Coordinating with cross functional marketing and ad products teams to position solutions across key verticals.

• Identifying the key needs in the marketplace for relevant verticals, recognizing patterns of feedback from sales and clients, sharing feedback with product teams and identifying solutions

• Working with marketing teams to supplement training for the sales force to provide in-depth knowledge of key verticals and crafting/updating Category Playbooks detailing TWC best practices to drive growth in the category

• Understanding the current competitive landscape and outlining a positioning and strategy for relevant verticals

• Consulting with Sales on optimal strategies for monetizing TWC core solutions in relevant verticals

• Attending senior-level client meetings to support Sales in understanding client business objectives and strategizing innovative partnership solutions 

Qualifications

Education, Experience, Certification Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred. 

• Management or significant leadership experience 

• Experience working with larger accounts. 

***Experience in the Automotive Industry strongly preferred.***
