Direct Marketing Strategist

Reporting to the Head of Acquisition, the Direct Marketing Strategist will drive the strategy, planning and execution of our search, paid social media marketing, remarketing, and paid referral initiatives, both with agencies and directly. Through the creation and execution of search, display, and social marketing plans, competitive analysis, keyword strategies, bid and budget management, creative optimization and reporting and analysis, this individual will grow quality sign ups while improving efficiencies. 

REQUIREMENTS

● 1 – 3 years experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), remarketing, and/or paid social campaigns

● Passionate about Direct Response marketing and curious about new technologies

● Very strong analytical capabilities

● Excel super-user

● Quantitative mindset and love of data

● Extreme attention to detail

● Proactive, take-charge attitude

● Demonstrated capacity for independent initiative

● Proven ability to learn new tools and software quickly and independently

● Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience a plus

● Experience in a start-up or small-company environment a plus

● BA/BS/MS degree in related field
