Overview
We are seeking a Director, Account Management - Travel Vertical to lead strategic relationships with some of the world's most prominent travel companies. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding partnerships, and positioning our payments, security, and data solutions as critical enablers of client success.
This is a senior, customer facing role requiring direct engagement with C-level executives, ownership of complex account strategies, and close collaboration across internal teams. The position involves travel and offers the opportunity to build long term partnerships with marquee players across the travel ecosystem.

• Own a portfolio of top-tier travel relationships, with accountability for revenue growth and long-term partnership value.• Develop and execute multi-year account strategies, engaging senior and C-level stakeholders with a consultative approach.• Identify client needs and expand adoption of payments, fraud, cybersecurity, and data solutions.• Lead annual planning and QBRs, aligning client priorities with commercial outcomes.• Partner cross-functionally (product, services, risk, analytics, legal) to deliver integrated solutions.

• Proven experience in payments account management or consultative sales, ideally within or adjacent to travel.• Track record managing large, complex, executive-level client relationships.• Strong commercial and analytical acumen - comfortable owning account strategy and economics.• Executive presence with the ability to influence, advise, and challenge senior stakeholders.• Collaborative, self-directed, and effective in a matrixed environment.• Willing to travel as needed to support client engagement.
