Position Summary:

As Director of AI Strategy & Marketing Operations, you will lead Calvin Klein’s digital transformation by shaping and executing a future-forward AI roadmap across marketing and studio operations. This high-impact role is responsible for building scalable systems, optimizing cross-regional workflows, and enabling data-driven decision-making. As a key thought partner to senior leadership, you will champion operational innovation across global teams, elevate studio data integrity, and uncover efficiencies that accelerate the delivery of marketing and photography content.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Responsibilities
    • Define and drive a comprehensive AI vision aligned with Calvin Klein’s brand and operational goals.
    • Build strategic alignment with C-suite stakeholders to promote an AI-first culture and long-term innovation roadmap.
    • Oversee data-management for the studio, resources, and project timelines to maximize ROI and enable sustained growth.
    • Represent the brand’s AI innovation strategy externally through industry panels, partnerships, and thought leadership.
  • Operational & Studio Responsibilities
    • Design and implement AI-powered solutions across marketing operations, studio production, and content pipelines.
    • Oversee studio data maintenance and integrity, ensuring content metadata, shot tracking, and asset systems are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned across regional teams.
    • Streamline the collection, organization, and utilization of photography and marketing data to optimize workflows and improve global content delivery.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Studio Ops, and Tech) to align on regional needs, reduce redundancies, and identify scalable process improvements.
    • Deliver regular performance insights and executive reporting through dashboards, data visualizations, and storytelling.
  • Innovation & Leadership
    • Build and lead a multidisciplinary team focused on AI-driven transformation across creative and operational functions.
    • Lead enterprise change management strategies to foster adoption of emerging technologies and minimize disruption.
    • Identify and test innovative tools that can enhance creative development, asset creation, and campaign delivery.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor across regions and departments, helping translate business needs into actionable AI and data initiatives.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital transformation, or AI innovation, with at least 2+ years in a senior leadership role.

Education (Please choose):

Advanced degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Ph.D. preferred).

Knowledge/Skills Required

  • Proven success leading large-scale change initiatives across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology platforms, studio systems, and operational workflows in the retail or fashion industry.
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

Problem Solving:

Problems and issues are not well defined and require understanding of other disciplines and job areas

Innovation:

Determine improvements or changes that impact a department

Pay Range:$143,200---$193,300

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, which includes diverse and robust health and insurance benefits to meet the varied needs of our associates and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help our associates save for retirement. We also offer career growth opportunities, empowering our associates to design their future at PVH.

Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible. This role is equity eligible.
