What's the role?We are seeking a Director, Field Marketing – Americas to lead regional demand generation and account growth strategies across North, Central, and South America.In this leadership role, you will define and execute integrated field marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, accelerate revenue, and strengthen customer and partner engagement across automotive, transportation & logistics, and enterprise markets. You will lead and develop a regional team of field marketers and collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Global Campaigns, and Partners to deliver measurable business outcomes.This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution and requires strong cross‑functional influence within a fast‑paced B2B SaaS environment.  What would you do?
  • Define and execute the Americas field marketing strategy aligned with global priorities and regional revenue targets, driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact across priority industries,
  • Lead demand generation and account‑based marketing programs that create, accelerate, and expand pipeline across target accounts.
  • Lead adoption of emerging AI capabilities within the marketing organization by identifying innovative use cases, establishing best practices, and ensuring responsible and effective application of AI across regional marketing programs.
  • Deliver integrated, multi‑channel marketing programs including events, digital campaigns, ABM, partner marketing, webinars, and customer advocacy initiatives.
  • Partner closely with regional sales leadership and customer success to align on account priorities, pipeline goals, and go‑to‑market execution.
  • Lead the planning and execution of high‑impact industry events, executive programs, and partner‑led initiatives that strengthen customer and partner engagement.
  • Establish KPIs, analyze performance, and share market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to continuously optimize impact and inform global marketing strategy.
  Who are you?You are a strategic and collaborative marketing leader with a proven ability to build and scale field marketing programs that deliver measurable business impact in a B2B technology or SaaS environment. You combine strong people leadership with a data‑driven mindset and excel at partnering cross‑functionally to drive pipeline growth, revenue acceleration, and long‑term customer engagement.
  • 12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with deep expertise in field marketing and demand generation
  • Proven leadership experience building, mentoring, and developing high‑performing marketing teams
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS or technology‑driven organizations, ideally serving enterprise customers
  • Demonstrated success leading account‑based marketing strategies and enterprise‑focused programs
  • Experience partnering closely with sales and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Highly analytical and data‑driven, with a strong focus on performance measurement and continuous optimization
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, global organization and willing to travel up to 30% for regional engagement
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus.

The expected base salary range for this position is $194,600 to $260,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, which is subject to company and individual performance.
