DIRECTOR, AUDIENCE & MEASUREMENT PARTNERSHIPS
Summary:
As the Director of Audience & Measurement Partnerships, you will be the primary owner of GSTV’s audience and outcome measurement ecosystems. You will vet, onboard, and manage partnerships with leading ad tech and measurement providers to ensure that campaign effectiveness is accurately captured across key outcomes including foot traffic lift, sales lift, and brand lift. You will serve as a strategic expert on data quality, methodology validation, and measurement innovation to enable GSTV’s growth across priority advertiser categories.

Measurement Strategy & Innovation
· Lead GSTV’s measurement strategy by evaluating and evolving our third-party measurement capabilities
· Assess data sources, methodologies, sample design, and reporting rigor to ensure reliable and actionable measurement results
· Identify new partners and solutions to expand our ability to measure against media goals and business outcomes
· Champion best practices and thought leadership in audience + outcome measurement across the organization
· Own day-to-day relationships with measurement vendors – negotiating scopes, managing performance, and optimizing deliverables
· Align partnership capabilities with product and category needs (e.g. Pharma, CPG, QSR, Auto Service, Finance)
· Collaborate with legal and operations teams throughout evaluation and onboarding process
· Work closely with Marketing and Sales colleagues to ensure measurement findings are positioned clearly and persuasively, applying results to drive revenue growth
· Develop internal enablement and documentation to help scale measurement adoption
· Conduct regular audits of methodology and campaign reporting
· Establish standardized guidance for test design, control group creation, and KPIs across partners
· Partner with other Insights & Analytics team members to troubleshoot data issues and enforce high-quality execution

· Strong understanding of location-based data, audience measurement currency, foot traffic + sales lift methodologies, and brand studies
· Skilled at simplifying complex data concepts for non-technical audiences
· Proven ability to build and influence strong vendor relationships
· Adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
· Curious, resourceful, and always pushing to improve the status quo

· 6-8+ years of experience in media measurement, ad tech, or marketing analytics

· Bachelors degree required, preferably in a discipline such as sociology, psychology, economics, marketing, or other quantitative areas

Note: The expected salary range for this position is based on a combination of experience and qualifications for the position, as well as geographic location to align with local market.
