Primary Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Stewardship
• Define and protect standards across all manifestations of the brand
• Conduct market research, brand surveys and studies, and target buyer persona interviews to measure reach awareness and brand engagement
• Establish brand governance and messaging framework while educating internal stakeholders on brand application
• Present clear, data-informed insights and progress to the CMO and leadership team
Content & Creative Direction
• Oversee in-house and external design, video production, and creative development for digital and print
• Guide visual storytelling that reinforces sophistication, trust, and excellence to all audience segments
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all materials
• Manage external creative partners and agencies, elevating creative standards across all deliverables and formats
• Audit and optimize existing visual and verbal brand assets to ensure premium positioning
• Managing evolving creative technology and vendor needs
Organic Digital Branding
• Drive organic social media strategy and growth to build thought leadership, attract and engage prospects and clients
• Manage the CP YouTube channel strategy and video content approach as part of digital brand expansion
• Ensure website, paid campaigns, and content reflect premium brand positioning
PR and Experiential Marketing
• Manage external PR day to day workflows to increase firm visibility
• Coordinate visibility programs, including speaking opportunities, awards submissions, and industry recognition
• Design and execute signature client and prospect events that reinforce brand differentiation
• Manage the firm’s sponsorships budget and strategy, including hospitality suites
Team Building & Leadership
• Operate with lean resources while building the business case for team expansion
• Recruit, develop, and mentor talent as the function matures
• Raise the bar for creative excellence across the marketing organization
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of brand marketing experience
• Proven ability to establish and protect premium brand positioning for sophisticated high-net-worth, ultra-high-net-worth audiences
• Seasoned leader and people manager that brings consultative approach for delivering on stakeholder objectives
• Impeccable visual judgment and ability to direct designers and creative partners
• Direct hands-on experience in either brand or creative industries
• Experience with significant and multinational rebrands
• Quantitative mindset, excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Strong content development, messaging and storytelling skills
• Experience managing PR and events agencies and partners
• Strategic mindset with ability to operate autonomously and build from ground up
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills; comfort working with senior executives and advisors
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in financial services, professional services or luxury client segments a plus
• Experience across both consumer and institutional and B2B2C audiences a plus
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or ability to QA creative work
• Proficiency with design storyboarding and workflow tools (i.e. Canva, Figma, Miro)
• Experience scaling a brand function from lean startup phase to mature operation
• Strong understanding of digital brand channels and metrics
• Ability to work collaboratively, resourcefully, and creatively in a lean marketing environment.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Experience working in a growing, matrixed organization.
Compensation Range:
$175,000 - $200,000
