You’ll be setting up the company’s blueprint for scaling. You’ll work cross-functionally with leaders from across the company to execute our strategic plan, report to the COO, and empower our management team with data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making. You will anticipate problems before they happen, and help us prepare to solve them. If thriving in ambiguity and being a creative problem-solver appeals to you, we’d love to chat!

What You'll Do

  • Implement and monitor real-time data dashboards to provide visibility into key company metrics.
  • Develop data-driven analytics and key insights that inform business decisions and help the business grow.
  • Set up new functions and teams, starting with revenue operations.
  • Work closely with Finance, Sales, and other teams to solve complex business problems and drive operational planning.
  • Facilitate and own cross-team projects, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Design, manage, and iterate on our operational and analytical systems and processes, getting us ready to scale.
  • Manage company-wide meetings and communications, and champion setting a high bar for what effective communication looks like for Notabene.

Must Haves

  • 8+ years of experience in operations, including 3+ years in an early stage (Series A to C) Fintech or Crypto company.
  • Someone who has led cross-functional teams and has worked hand-in-hand with executive leadership as a thought partner.
  • Experience solving complex business problems, diving into Product and GTM data, driving process improvement, and leading change throughout an organization.
  • Strategic thinker who is excited to roll-up their sleeves and execute.
  • Has led cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive consensus with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to work partially onsite at our Brooklyn, NY headquarters alongside our COO.

Nice to Haves

  • MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in management consulting is nice to have.

Benefits

  • Flexible Hybrid Work: Partial on-site from our office in Brooklyn!
  • $1000 WFH Stipend: Use within your first year of employment.
  • MacBook Pro: Procured by you and your manager to find a model that meets your needs.
  • Unlimited PTO: We trust you to take as much holiday as you need.
