Summary of role:

 The Deputy Director or Director, Business Performance & Transformation will partner with the executive team to drive initiatives that accelerate GlobalFoundries' long-term vision and organizational alignment. This role will focus on three key areas: (1) refining performance infrastructure, including monthly review processes, (2) leading strategic projects with an emphasis on organic growth, and (3) supporting M&A activities.

Essential Responsibilities:

Performance Infrastructure:

• Own and maintain the Management Operating System to ensure alignment with corporate goals.

• Partner with the Executive team to define and execute strategic initiatives that drive company growth.

• Lead cross-functional projects with the XT and GLT, fostering innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving market expansion.

Organic Growth: Drive key commercial excellence initiatives to unlock growth opportunities and optimize business performance.

M&A: Lead programmatic M&A efforts in close collaboration with the Corporate Development team, focusing on maximizing value through strategic acquisitions.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong consulting background with hands-on experience in driving large-scale transformations and operational improvements.
• Expertise in commercial excellence and growth strategy, with a focus on delivering impactful results.
• Preferred experience in the semiconductor and/or industrial manufacturing sectors.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Hiring for roles at both the Deputy Director and Director level. Compensation commensurate with experience and level.

Expected Salary Range

$146,000.00 - $267,000.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
