LEE is an outcomes-oriented, tech-forward, entrepreneurial organization focused on growing its impact through investments in platform tools and digital engagement. We are proud to be certified as a Great Place to Work, and to offer generous compensation, a virtual work setting that includes flexible scheduling, and a competitive, values-driven benefits package.

LEE is in the midst of transitioning from primarily high-touch, in-person engagement to a scalable, tech-enabled marketplace model. As we build and implement new tools, we are seeking to hire staff who will leverage AI and automations to expand LEE’s reach. Relationships and human judgment remain critical, and your role will help us drive partner lead generation, member activation, and platform adoption.

Position Summary:

LEE is looking for a Director, Career Products (User Adoption) (Full-time, Temporary) to join the Policy & Advocacy Team to support the growth, user activation, and partner growth for LEE members, hiring partners, and fellowship hosts. As Director, you will support an ecosystem of career offerings for our members, primarily Momentum, which provides job board access, upskilling, and digital tools to enable members to forge pathways into policy and advocacy careers.

Reporting to the VP, Policy & Advocacy, this relationship- and product-oriented leader will own LEE’s Career Products from the user adoption and partner success side—building B2B pipelines, establishing service-delivery standards, and driving active member profile completion. Ultimately, driving results across LEE members and partners; expanding the reach and impact of LEE’s platform and its broader network of civic opportunities. The Director will collaborate across teams, including Policy & Advocacy (i.e., career coaches, fellowship leads), Partnerships, Platform Team, and Member Engagement, in addition to new and existing LEE partners.

A WEEK IN THE LIFE

No two weeks are identical, but here is a snapshot of how you will spend your time:

  • Expanding Partner Pipelines: Pitching the platform using a clear value-add proposition to generate leads and onboard new hiring partners
  • Boosting User Activation: Tracking member profile drop-offs and running targeted engagement campaigns to drive platform adoption
  • Aligning Team Workflows: Partnering with fellowship leads, coaches, and marketing to embed the platform into core team programs
  • Driving Product Iteration Releases: Prioritizing feature backlogs, defining UX improvements with tech/vendor leads, and running tests to validate conversion lift
  • Tracking Funnel Health: Reviewing platform usage metrics and adjusting marketing, outreach, and/or tool features based on data

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in user adoption, B2B lead generation, or digital platform growth, with the systems-thinking ability to translate multi-stakeholder needs into seamless digital workflows and measurable marketplace impact. The Director role is a full-time, temporary position with an anticipated end date of 11/30/2027.
