Director of Category Strategy & Insights (West) - In this role, you will lead a team in setting the category growth agenda for our West & Midwest customers (Target, Meijer, HyVee, Costco, Stater Bros, Savemart, Raley's and others), with the goal of delivering insights-led category solutions that deliver sustainable growth for Mondelez and our customer partners.
How you will contribute
You will:
  • Lead creation and execution of category vision & strategy for the West
  • Drive influence and category thought leadership at the customer, becoming a preferred partner for shopper insights and category growth solutions across total snacking
  • Leverage customer specific tools and data to create compelling category selling stories
  • Excellence in execution: lead development and execution of assortment and shelving strategies that deliver growth
  • Lead and develop a team of category managers to bring our vision to life

The base salary range for this position is $141,000 to $246,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
