We are looking for Director of Channel Partnerships, Americas, to drive strategic partnerships, business planning, and revenue growth through distributor and technology platform partners across the Americas, with a strong focus on the USA. This role is key to scaling ScreenPoint Medical’s presence by optimizing partner performance, aligning with our go-to-market strategy, and driving the adoption of Transpara, our AI-powered breast cancer detection solution.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic partner management & growth
- Develop and execute structured business plans with key channel partners, aligning sales targets, co-sell strategies, and growth initiatives.
- Own channel revenue targets, driving partner-led sales pipeline growth and achieving/exceeding ARR quotas.
- Partner enablement & Go-to-Market execution
- Oversee partner training and enablement programs to ensure partners are positioned to sell, deploy, and support our AI solution.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to develop competitive positioning and joint sales motions.
- Drive market expansion initiatives.
- Performance & market expansion
- Track and optimize partner performance using CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, PRM, etc.), ensuring pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to enhance strategy and performance.
Job requirements:
You are an enthusiastic and self-motivated person with a strong analytical mindset. You have strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. You are comfortable working in an AI-driven environment and actively use new technologies to work more effectively, generate insights, and support better commercial decisions. Furthermore, you have
- 5+ years in channel sales, partnerships, or business development in SaaS, healthcare IT, AI-driven solutions, or women’s health.
- Proven success in scaling channel sales and driving multimillion-dollar revenue through partners.
- Experience leading co-sell strategies and field engagement programs.
- Data-driven approach with expertise in CRM & sales tools (Salesforce, PRM platforms).
- Curiosity about AI and the ability to translate complex technology into clear commercial value for partners and customers.
- Ability to travel (30%-40%) and fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications:
- Expertise in healthcare technology, radiology workflows, PACS/IT, and AI applications in imaging.
- Experience selling AI, mammography solutions, SaaS, or innovative technologies.
- Strong industry relationships and experience in start-up or fast-paced environments.
