About the Role

RDC.AI is a cloud native AI Decisioning company focusing on Business and Commercial Lending Institutions. The Client Advisor is a pivotal part of our success.  A Client Advisor combines their deep Credit domain knowledge within Business and Commercial Lending to solve complex credit problems using data, AI and software.   This role works closely with prospects, clients, partners, and multiple internal parties, and bridges the gap between business and technology to produce unique solutions that customers love.     This role is the human equivalent of the Swiss Army Knife; and operates over many parts of the RDC.AI’s value chain – product management, product marketing, sales, customer delivery & customer support.  The role has a bias toward action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive sales, delivery and product development at high speed to ensure RDC.AI consistently has a suite of cutting edge and well sought after business solutions to remain at the forefront of competition.      The role will involve the following key activities, and support in the following areas:   

Pre-sales 

  • Use your deep Business & Commercial Lending domain experience to build rapport with prospects and users of our platform and behave at the highest level when engaging with enterprise clients. 
  • Build content and messaging with videos, demos, etc. to show the world how awesome our solutions are. 
  • Assist with product demonstrations, RFP’s by utilizing your Lending expertise 
  • Partner with sales to ensure they have everything they need to convert leads to sales.  
  • Enable meaningful engagement with prospects and existing customers 

  Delivery 

  • Work closely with the Delivery Team to ensure they clearly understand and communicate the details they need to turn customers visions into real life deployments. 
  • Act as the SME on delivery when required and showcase your world-class knowledge of Lending in Business and Commercial banking, specifically in the North America market. 
  • Leverage data, and lending industry experience to develop credit lending strategies, and actionable value-based decision science solutions. 
  • Gather, analyze, and document customer needs, to drive the demonstrated product capabilities, and drive future direction of the software platform. 

  Execution of Product Enablement 

  • Align product understanding for internal teams 
  • Identifying market problems and create stories, use cases, and solutions within Business and Commercial banking 
  • Follow the Pragmatic Framework approach to product management and marketing particularly assisting / supporting the stages of Programs, Readiness, and Support 

About the Candidate

Essential-Experience/Skills 

  • 10+ years of Business and Commercial banking experience within North America 
  • 5+ years of experience in decisioning & decisioning/AI software in the context of Business & Commercial Lending  
  • Experience in presenting to Senior Banking audiences including C-Suite in North America 
  • Experience with product management and development methodologies 
  • Financial services understanding and experience, ideally lending- focused within Business & Commercial Banking. 
  • AI, specifically Machine Learning, Agentic AI understanding or experience 
  • Experience of leading teams across geographical regions and industries 
  • Stakeholder management and negotiation skills 
  • Work autonomously, in cross-functional team, and in virtual teams globally 
  • Knowledge of product capabilities, features and roadmap 
  • Ability to define, investigate and execute complex solution designs 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills 
  • Ability to travel within North America and to HQ in Australia (estimated 50% travel) 

Desired-Experience/Skills 

  • Understanding of Enterprise software, Software as a Service, data integration, etc. 
  • Ability to position value and security of Cloud deployment 
  • Sales Process Acumen and participation in opportunity planning 
  • Solution configuration and demonstration, that meets customers environment and requirements 
  • Ability to participate in outbound prospecting 

**We have a location preference of New York City, but may be open to San Jose, CA for the right candidate.
