Summary:
The Director - Corporate Development plays a key part in identifying and executing strategic initiatives to enhance corporate growth. Responsibilities include evaluating potential business opportunities, managing relationships with external partners, and providing strategic advice to company leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and growth strategies.
Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities and acquisitions

  • Lead and manage all aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and integration

  • Manage relationships with external partners, including investment bankers, advisors, and potential business partners

  • Provide strategic advice to company leadership based on market research and competitive analysis

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and growth opportunities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corporate initiatives and strategies

  • Lead the development and execution of long-term corporate strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate development, investment banking, or strategic consulting.

  • Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.

  • Excellent negotiation and project management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience in software and financial technology a plus.
