Motom is the award-winning creator commerce infrastructure that gives brands and retailers full ownership of their creator programs. Where most creator commerce solutions are built for distribution, aggregating creator audiences and brand budgets on third-party platforms, Motom is built for ownership, combining white-label creator commerce technology with full-service creator management in a single integrated system. Trusted by clients including Sephora, Macy's, and Chewy, we are a high-output team building category-defining infrastructure where creator programs become owned, scalable revenue channels.
The Role
We are looking for a Director of Creator Campaigns & Social Commerce to join our client services team. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Head of Client Strategy & Creator Growth. You will own paid creator campaign execution on behalf of our brand and retailer clients, with a clear focus on full-funnel outcomes and direct sales attribution.
Beyond paid campaigns, you will work alongside client account leads to flag optimization opportunities and ensure every program is delivering against brand goals. This is a hands-on execution role. You will build the programs and run them.
What You Will Do
- Build and execute paid creator campaign plans tailored to client objectives with direct sales attribution through Motom’s creator commerce technology, moving beyond reach and engagement to measurable revenue outcomes.
- Establish and refine creator performance frameworks and success metrics in partnership with internal teams.
- Own paid creator campaign execution across client accounts: casting, briefing, contracting, content review, and performance reporting.
- Negotiate creator partnerships, including compensation structures, deliverable scopes, FTC compliance, and contractual terms.
- Communicate directly with creators via email, video calls, webinars, and in-person meetings.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into action plans for internal teams and client-facing reporting.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse network of influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Design and scale always-on creator programs designed to build loyalty and generate organic social pickup.
- Ensure all influencer activations achieve strong ROI and maintain brand alignment at every touch point.
- Collaborate with client account leads to align creator strategy with brand goals, renewal planning, and expansion opportunities.
What You Bring
- 5 to 7 years of experience in creator marketing and influencer strategy with demonstrated experience managing paid creator campaigns with six-figure budgets across multiple brand clients simultaneously.
- Strong command of performance tracking, attribution tools, understanding of affiliate and campaign measurement methodologies.
- Established relationships with creator talent, managers, and agencies.
- Clear understanding of how creator content drives conversion and revenue in a commerce context
- Comfortable operating as an individual contributor in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communicator with the ability to present strategy and results clearly to brand clients.
- Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the broader social commerce ecosystem.
- Experience with on-site creator activations a plus.
Why Motom
Creator commerce is one of the most underdeveloped revenue opportunities in retail. Most brands are still running influencer marketing like a media buy. We are building the infrastructure that changes that, and this role is where that work gets done.
You will work with a senior team, have direct access to brand decision-makers, and have real ownership over client outcomes. The work is visible and your impact is measurable.
Compensation & Location
OTE range: $110K to $125K, commensurate with experience. This is a hybrid role based in New York, NY, with two days per week in office.
