2. Talent Strategy & Partnership Oversight

  • Identify, recruit, and retain creators aligned with VETTE’s positioning and growth priorities

  • Structure partnership models (retainer, project-based, revenue share, licensing, etc.) in collaboration with legal and finance

  • Manage long-term creator relationships and ensure consistent performance and brand alignment

  • Develop frameworks for integrating creators into editorial franchises, social programming, and brand initiatives

3. Creator Storefront Strategy & Merchandising

  • Own the strategy and operational framework for creator storefronts and shopping integrations

  • Partner with commerce and editorial teams to ensure product selections reflect both brand standards and performance goals

  • Establish merchandising guidelines for creator edits, seasonal collections, and campaign-driven assortments

  • Oversee testing and optimization of storefront formats to improve conversion, AOV, and repeat engagement

4. Insights, Analytics & Performance Management

  • Define KPIs for creator programs across content, audience, and commerce performance

  • Implement reporting frameworks to measure:

    • Creator content reach and engagement

    • Storefront performance and revenue contribution

    • Audience acquisition and retention impact

  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for talent mix, content strategy, and merchandising decisions

  • Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership

5. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the central point of coordination for creator initiatives across editorial, audience, commerce, product, marketing, and partnerships teams

  • Ensure creator initiatives are integrated into business planning cycles and brand priorities

  • Partner with revenue teams to support the inclusion of creators in advertiser-facing opportunities where appropriate

6. Team & Resource Management

  • Build and manage a team supporting creator partnerships and program execution

  • Establish workflows and processes that allow the creator program to scale efficiently

  • Manage external vendors or agencies as needed

  • Contribute to budget planning for creator partnerships and program investment

Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in digital media, creator partnerships, talent management, social/video strategy, or commerce-driven content environments

  • Experience building and scaling creator or talent programs with measurable business impact

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator monetization models, and audience growth strategies

  • Experience using analytics to guide strategic decisions and resource allocation

  • Experience managing teams and external partners

  • Familiarity with fashion, lifestyle, or shopping-driven media strongly preferred
