The Data Partnerships team plays a critical role in shaping how Fox leverages data to drive data integrations, audience targeting, measurement innovation, and strategic differentiation. This role leads the evaluation, negotiation, and management of third-party data partnerships across identity, measurement, outcomes, and data infrastructure. This individual will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Sales. The ideal candidate brings strategic thinking and technical fluency to assess new opportunities, optimize existing partnerships, and translate complex data capabilities into measurable business impact.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Translate data partnerships into scalable, revenue-driving capabilities for targeting, measurement, and advertiser outcomes.

  • Serve as the day-to-day relationship owner for key data partners, ensuring shared goals, clear communication, and seamless execution.

  • Manage partner expectations, plan timelines and deliverables, and identify opportunities to enhance collaboration and drive mutual value.

  • Represent Fox in external conversations, advocating for organizational needs while building trust and long-term rapport.

  • Identify and evaluate new data partnership opportunities that drive incremental revenue to the Ad Sales business.

  • Participate in commercial negotiations, including pricing models, deal structures, and long-term partnership terms.

  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, gathering input, addressing risks, and securing decisions that keep projects on track.

  • Manage resource allocation, budget considerations, and prioritization across competing workstreams.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Ad Tech, Advanced Advertising, Digital Media, Programmatic, or related fields.

  • Exhibit high emotional intelligence and integrity and build deep consultative partnerships with your business stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing data partnerships, with a strong understanding of data used for audience targeting, identity, and measurement.

  • Experience with contract development, review, and vendor negotiation.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment, assess risk, and make informed decisions in the absence of complete information.

  • Skilled in risk identification, mitigation, and decision-making.

  • Ability to develop and articulate a clear point of view on data partnerships, industry trends, and their impact on advertising strategy.

  • Familiarity with data privacy considerations, governance frameworks, and evolving industry standards.

  • Excellent communicator able to influence across technical and business teams.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, adaptable, and intellectually curious.
