The Opportunity

Hearth is seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Demand Generation to grow acquisition and pipeline through paid media and organic channels, while staying within efficiency targets own and scale marketing communications across the entire customer journey. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this high-impact role is responsible for accelerating lead generation within our contractor base.

You will be a key driver in the successful adoption of our new AI product, directly advancing high-priority, company-wide AI initiatives and outcomes.


What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and manage end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition
  • Recommend, test, and implement experiments across marketing touchpoints (ads, website, lead forms, etc) to unlock marketing efficiencies.
  •  Test new channels assisting in strategy, operations, analysis, and future iterations
  • Own the marketing pipeline (lead submission through sales) to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs. 
  • Own marketing reporting via weekly performance updates, driving insights, and managing marketing dashboards.
  • Drive ad hoc analysis of campaign performance, uncover insights, and propose optimization opportunities to drive growth
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Rev Ops, and Customer Support to drive alignment on priorities, campaign execution, and shared goals.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of demand generation experience, ideally at a high-growth B2B or SMB-focused SaaS company.
  • Proven track record scaling paid/organic acquisition efficiently — hitting SQL, CPL, and CAC/cSQL targets.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic/display.
  • 2+ year of experience with managing direct reports
  • Strong analytical skills across excel/sheets, BI tools and SQL
  • Proven track record of influencing GTM, CS, or product strategies through lifecycle insights and programs.
  • Strong creative instincts — ability to write ad copy, evaluate creative, and guide agencies or designers.
  • Experience working with performance agencies is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience influencing GTM teams and partnering with Sales and RevOps.
  • Bonus: experience marketing to contractors, trades, or offline SMBs.
