Job Summary:

We are seeking a senior digital product leader to own and unify our web and mobile digital channels and shared digital data products into a single, integrated digital platform. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant, and accessible digital customer experiences while also owning the digital data products, analytics, and insights that inform and optimize those experiences across the digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for web and mobile digital channels and shared data products.

  • Lead product management teams responsible for digital channels and digital data products.

  • Ensure customer-centric, accessible (ADA-compliant), secure, and high-performing digital experiences.

  • Partner with design and engineering to maintain and evolve the enterprise design system and digital framework.

  • Oversee CMS strategy, A/B testing, UAT, onboarding flows, banners, interstitials, and notification capabilities.

  • Inform customer satisfaction and NPS improvements strategies through optimized digital touchpoints.

  • Define and deliver enterprise digital analytics and digital data products that provide insights into digital customer behavior, journey performance, and operational metrics.

  • Champion a data-driven culture across product, technology, and product teams.

  • Ensure regulatory disclosures and risk requirements are embedded into digital channels.

  • Oversee telemetry, monitoring, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and platform reliability.

  • Collaborate with security teams to track and manage digital platform vulnerabilities.

  • Serve as a senior stakeholder and partner across business, technology, and platform leaderships.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in digital product management, data products, analytics, or related fields.

  • 5+ years of experience leading managers and multi-disciplinary product teams.

  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms and/or data products.

  • Strong expertise in web and mobile digital channels and customer journey optimization.

  • Experience with digital analytics platforms such as Heap, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics.

  • Experience working in Agile product development environments.

  • Strong communication and executive presence with the ability to influence across complex organizations.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.

  • knowledge of modern cloud-based data platforms and digital analytics tools.

  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Heap and Power BI.

  • Knowledge of design systems, CMS platforms, experimentation frameworks, and NPS programs.

Location:

This role is Hybrid. You should be located within a commutable distance to one of our offices located in Dallas, TX; Charlotte, NC; New York City, NY; Baltimore, MD; Wilmington, DE with expectations to be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Salary:

Target base salary range for New York, NY and Baltimore, MD is $170k-210k, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
