The Brothers of Mercy is seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Registered Nurse leader to serve as our Director of Employee Health Services and Clinical Education.

This role is unique in that you will be stepping into a well-established department with experienced leaders already in place, including dedicated team members overseeing employee health, CNA training, and clinical education. Your focus will be on bringing alignment, support, and strategic direction to an already strong foundation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide leadership, coordination, and vision across employee health and clinical education programs
  • Support and mentor an experienced team of program leaders
  • Ensure consistency, compliance, and excellence across orientation, in-services, and competencies
  • Strengthen and grow the CNA (NAT) training program
  • Partner with nursing leadership to advance quality and workforce development initiatives
Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • NYS Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Nursing home experience required; leadership experience preferred
  • Strong collaborator who values team-based leadership
  • Passion for education, mentorship, and building on existing success
