In this role, you will help drive the development and evolution of our core electronic trading infrastructure, including order management and routing, FIX connectivity, market data, and risk controls. A key focus of this position will be leading the buildout of critical capabilities for a new equity trading offering targeted at our professional (pro) client segment, partnering closely with internal stakeholders from early concept through delivery and launch. • Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing, cross‑functional product delivery squads using modern product management practices
  • Strong understanding of the technical and operational components and workflows associated with electronic equity trading products
  • Proven ability to act as the voice of the customer, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technology teams
  • Self-starter who embraces pace over perfection and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented, positive, and forward-thinking, with a passion for building innovative trading solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical topics to diverse audiences
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Intellectually curious, with a strong desire for continuous learning
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses required within 6 months of hire

The Team

The Product and Trading solutions mission is to build resilient, automated trading products that create a frictionless client experience, power new business opportunities, and manage risk for responsible, scalable growth. A best-in-class trading infrastructure and superior risk management capabilities are critical to delivering an exceptional client experience.  Our team designs and builds the capabilities that power clients’ unique trading needs, while also delivering the tools internal teams require to support order flow efficiently, reliably, and at scale.
