Position Summary:
This enterprise-level leadership role sets the direction for integrated campaign platforms that expand Make-A-Wish brand reach, accelerate revenue, and enable adoption across a nationwide network of chapters and partners. The Director brings clarity and alignment across stakeholders to ensure campaigns are built for scale, consistency, and measurable impact.
The Director of Enterprise Marketing Campaigns leads the strategy, planning, and orchestration of enterprise marketing campaigns and national fundraising drive periods that grow Make-A-Wish brand reach and revenue. The role builds integrated campaign platforms and an 18–24-month roadmap aligned to strategic priorities and partnership opportunities. In partnership with the Project Management team, execution is delivered through cross-functional internal teams and agency partners, with this role providing oversight, alignment, and performance management. The Director drives continuous improvement and innovation in campaign planning and delivery. The role also activates and maximizes timely, high-impact marketing opportunities that emerge through external partners and ad-hoc program proposals.
Key Focus Areas:

Knowledge and Abilities:
- Proven ability to develop ROI-based strategy and annual operational plans in support of the enterprise strategic plan, delivering key objectives such as revenue growth and brand equity.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to move between tactical details and the broader strategic view, operating effectively at a tactical level while also being a strategic thinker. This role requires attention to detail (executing programs and delivering results) as well as a self-starter who can develop a vision and implement programs to bring a new strategy to life with action plans and outcomes.
- Experience successfully navigating a wide variety of complex stakeholders and resolving challenging situations through influence rather than formal authority; excels at driving clarity and solutions despite ambiguity.
- A track record as an effective collaborator; a strong ability to influence, engage and motivate direct and indirect reports and peers.
- Demonstrated skills in developing and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns, including traditional TV and print advertising, as well as digital, social, and PR. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establish and execute annual and long-term strategic plans for brand and marketing campaigns aligned to organizational priorities. Drive continuous improvement in campaign performance against KPIs, and identify opportunities for innovation and transformative growth that benefit from long-range planning.
- Set strategic direction for existing and new campaigns and set the standard for “execution with excellence” to deliver Make-A-Wish revenue and brand equity objectives. Build alignment and adoption across a nationwide network of independent chapters within a federated model.
- Lead through influence across a broad cross-functional network, beyond two direct reports who drive day-to-day execution of campaign strategies, plans, and tactics. Translate campaign objectives to subject matter experts and mobilize resources across teams including Creative, Social Media, Earned Media, and Entertainment Marketing.
- Accelerate revenue growth by developing campaigns that drive mass-market fundraising (direct response, peer-to-peer) and improve corporate partnership performance. Create strategies and plans that increase revenue, and ensure the Director’s team serves as partners and liaisons between revenue teams and the Brand & Marketing Department.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners and agencies.
- Define, track, and analyze campaign performance metrics, including revenue impact, ROI, brand reach, engagement, and adoption across chapters, and use insights to inform optimization.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of ten years of experience working in strategic marketing or brand management roles.
- Experience leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns at enterprise or national scale, including work in matrixed organizations and in partnership with external agencies.
- A minimum of five years of experience in successfully supervising, mentoring, and coaching a team of marketing professionals.
