Drive new enterprise client acquisition across North America. Develop executive relationships with CIOs/CTOs, own full sales cycle from prospecting to contract, craft tailored solutions with engineering, present proposals and SOWs, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and represent the company at events while shaping sales strategy and account planning.
RYZ Labs is seeking a Director, Enterprise Sales to drive new business across North America.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with enterprise technology
leaders and managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting through contract execution.
This is an individual contributor role focused on acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding RYZ Labs' presence in the
U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute a strategy for acquiring new enterprise clients
● Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, VP Engineering, Heads of Product, and other technology leaders
● Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close
● Lead executive discovery meetings to understand client business and technology challenges
● Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to develop tailored client solutions
● Prepare and present proposals, statements of work, and commercial agreements
● Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast
● Represent RYZ Labs at executive meetings, conferences, and industry events
● Contribute to sales strategy, market development, and account planning
Basic Qualifications
● 7+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience
● Proven experience selling enterprise technology, software engineering services, consulting, cloud solutions, AI solutions, or digital transformation services
● Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles
● Experience building relationships with executive decision makers
● Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
● Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience selling to Fortune 1000 organizations
● Existing relationships with CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, or enterprise technology leaders
● Experience selling custom software development, AI solutions, cloud services, or technology consulting
● Experience working with private equity portfolio companies is a plus
● Previous experience with organizations such as AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Accenture, Deloitte, Slalom,
Thoughtworks, Globant, EPAM, IBM Consulting, Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB, or similar
enterprise technology companies
