2. About the Role

As the Director of Finance, you will serve as the property’s strategic financial business leader and a key member of the Executive Committee. This role is fundamental in shaping the resort’s financial direction—ensuring that commercial performance, operational excellence, and guest experience are seamlessly aligned.

You will champion and implement strategies that maximise return on investment while supporting the brand’s service philosophy. Working in close partnership with the General Manager, ownership and senior leadership, you will bring clarity, insight and direction to all financial and business decisions, ensuring long-term sustainability and success.


3. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the annual business plan, aligning financial strategy with brand and ownership priorities
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to drive informed, data-led decision making
  • Identify opportunities to enhance profitability, improve operational efficiency and optimise cost control
  • Ensure robust financial governance, compliance and internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate risk
  • Partner with department leaders to elevate performance and contribute to an exceptional guest experience
  • Lead, develop and inspire the finance team, fostering accountability, growth and high performance
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with ownership and key stakeholders, providing clear financial guidance and insight
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital and financial reporting to ensure accuracy, transparency and timeliness

You are a commercially driven finance leader with a strong track record in luxury hospitality or complex, high-end environments. You bring a strategic mindset, combined with hands-on expertise, and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.

With a naturally collaborative and influential leadership style, you inspire teams and build strong partnerships across all levels of the organisation. Your approach is both analytical and thoughtful, balancing precision with a deep appreciation for guest experience and brand integrity.

You demonstrate sound judgement, integrity and agility, with the ability to anticipate challenges and respond decisively in a dynamic operating environment.


To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

  • Knowledge/experience with US GAAP
  • Speak fluent French, or Arabic, as well as English
  • A proven track record managing teams
