  • Act as a key financial partner to the US business and global regional leaders
  • Collaborate closely with the Philippines-based finance team across accounting operations including AR, AP, payroll, general ledger, and month-end close, as needed
  • Lead finance integration efforts for new acquisitions in the US
  • Develop, track, and analyze key agency KPIs such as utilization, gross margin, contribution margin, EBITDA, and client profitability
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly US financial reporting packages for review with senior finance leadership
  • Oversee US revenue recognition, project-based accounting, and work-in-progress (WIP) tracking
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, lender requirements, and internal reporting standards
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships in partnership with the CFO
  • Coordinate US audits, tax planning, and relationships with external accounting and advisory partners
  • Support pricing strategy, client contracts, statements of work (SOWs), and new business proposals
  • Drive continuous improvement across financial systems, tools, processes, and internal controls
  • Support value creation initiatives including margin improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency
  • Build scalable US finance processes to support organic growth and future acquisitions
  • Assist with M&A activities including financial diligence, integration, and post-acquisition reporting

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred)
  • 8 - 12 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
  • Prior experience in a private equity–backed company strongly preferred
  • Agency and/or media services experience required
  • Strong understanding of project-based, retainer, media, and performance-based revenue models
  • Experience working with offshore or global finance teams
  • Experience supporting EBITDA-focused reporting and financial modeling
  • Strong experience with ERP, accounting, and reporting systems in a growth environment
  • Experience working closely with audit firms and external advisors
