Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Director, Global Marketing for Women's Cancer for the oncology portfolio. The Global Marketing Director will lead overall strategy development for Women's cancer portfolio, develop our Women's cancer portfolio narrative and commercialization approach including market implementation and drive our overall engagement with functions and regions/ markets.
Responsibilities may include some or all of the following responsibilities (but are not limited to these) the following:

  • Vision and strategy
    • Lead our overall landscape and competitive landscape and pipeline, build our overarching strategy and vision across functions, ensure focus and approach to Develop, align and advance winning strategies for the long term for Women's cancer.
    • Develop and manage annual cadence of deliverables and activities including long range plans, strategy development, launch and marketing execution and budget management.
    • Ensure planning and readiness for senior business and strategy reviews and stakeholder engagement.
  • Engagement with Markets
    • Drive efforts to share strategies, plans and performance with a broad set of stakeholders to build alignment across global stakeholders and regions /markets
    • Support adequate processes for engaging with markets and functions across in person and virtual forums to ensure strategy development, market input to strategy and priorities, sharing best practices and efficient dissemination of insights.
    • Build data, analytics and digital driven approach to commercial strategy and execution - prioritize our data, analytics and digital initiatives for team.
  • Portfolio strategy and execution
    • Understand and evolve our portfolio approach to the evolving assets, development plans and data
    • Plan and execute worldwide launches, coordinating strategy and execution across several functions and regions to ensure commercial and enterprise readiness.
  • Build engagement and "Win as One Team"
    • Development of content or activities for global and regional workshops and meetings
    • Create a culture of openness, collaboration, focus and execution
    • Support capability development in key areas across the team - related to engagement in clinical, business development and omnichannel and data and analytics topics.


Education Minimum Requirements:
Required: Bachelor's Degree (ideally in a life science/ science/ analytical area)
Preferred: Master's Degree or doctoral degree (MBA, Pharm D)
Required experience/skills:

  • Minimum 8 years combined marketing, sales, market access & pricing, marketing support or related experiences in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
  • Understanding of healthcare market dynamics across the value chain: basic science and biology, clinical development and innovation, regulatory processes, global launch dynamics, access and reimbursement and commercialization.
  • Understanding of healthcare trends and reimbursement and policy issues and their potential impact upon our Company's business opportunities.
  • Ability to engage with complex scientific information and clinical data, with subject matter experts and distill insights for commercial implications.
  • Experience leading strategy development and implementation. Ability to clearly articulate insights and strategies messages/information across the enterprise and to leadership.
  • Strong business acumen, problem solving skills, managing large complex initiatives, strong business judgment and ability to drive initiatives forward.
  • Strong collaboration skills, both within commercial teams and cross divisional teams.
  • Ability to work within complex organizations and markets, leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
  • Knowledge and experience of application of data, analytics and omnichannel tools

  • Breast cancer experience/expertise
  • Global Marketing experience
  • Oncology Marketing experience
  • In-market execution experience
  • Experience providing commercial input on such activities as: target product profile development, global regulatory filing strategy, labeling, launch readiness reviews, organized customer interactions, market research, demand, product development team (PDT) and agency partner management

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. Expected salary range:
$181,600.00 - $285,800.00
