Job Description
Reporting to the Executive Director, Global Business Operations Lead for Animal Health, the primary focus of the role is to lead global portfolio management, which includes cross-functional initiatives focused launch excellence, creating a tiered launch model & process, and product life cycle management.
*This is a hybrid role which can be based out of any company office location in EURAM, NORAM, or LATAM*
Specific responsibilities will include but are not exclusive to:

  • Lead cross-departmental projects focused on optimizing portfolio and product operations, processes, forecasting, enablers and ways of working. These projects are complex and have a big impact on the business.
  • Coordinate and encourage multidisciplinary peers and key stakeholders to deliver exceptional performance and support within high performing and collaborative project teams.
  • The first priority projects are Enterprise Launch Excellence and 5YP improvement.
  • Lead Launch Excellence Workstream(s) such as,
    • Product Introduction Team & Process
    • UIN Introduction
    • Packaging & Artwork
    • Manufacturing & Commercialization
    • Regulatory Process Improvement
    • Commercial Readiness
    • End to End Launch Process and Portfolio Management Processes
    • IRIS owner
  • Enhance the 5YP process for internal commercial colleagues, inclusive of exploring 'touchless' and 'exception based' forecasting using automated, statistical methodologies.
  • Support portfolio level projects within Industry Leading Cost of Goods program.
  • Ensure all enterprise systems, tool and enablers support new ways of working and processes globally.
  • Continuously gather core user and stakeholder feedback to inform optimization efforts.
  • Responsible for change management strategies focused on delivering effective project and program management for high-level cross-functional initiatives associated with the effective combination of technology and biopharma. An example is Launch Excellence and its components, including the acceleration of product launches, requiring new design and implementation plans and the effective coordination of multiple internal stakeholders, leading to simultaneous multiple market launches and the delivery of accelerated sales revenues.
  • Build strong and effective relationships with the key internal stakeholders; including the influencing of senior Commercial and other functional leaders to align to challenging decisions associated with the transformation of our business into a technology-led Biopharma organization.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree/MBA preferred.


Required:

  • Minimum of 10 years of commercial sales, marketing, and/or business operations experience
  • Strong change management skills and experience. Able to more than one high-level project concurrently
  • Strong project governance skills
  • Strong leadership level communication, influence, and collaboration skills necessary for garnering senior executive and cross-functional support for key initiatives and project outcomes.
  • Proven track record of successfully creating strategic operations plan and delivering them successfully and on time.

  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency including Excel and Business Intelligence tools.


Preferred:

  • Experience in commercial operations and associated ecosystems highly desirable.
  • Experience in the Technology space highly desirable.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Expected salary range:
$181,600.00 - $285,800.00
