ABOUT
NewForm is a performance marketing agency that oversees ~100m/yr in spend for tech and mobile brands. We help category disruptors (Betr, ElevenLabs, Binance etc) scale paid social with our short-form content-led approach. We have an in-house content team that creates thousands of human ads a month with the goal of driving efficient growth for our clients.


THE ROLE:

As a Director of Growth Marketing, you will play a key role in leading client relationships and their media investments. You will be responsible for overseeing Growth Marketing Managers, Media Buyers, and Creative Strategists across several accounts to drive efficient spend and scale accounts. You will also be responsible for connecting media and content strategy to ultimately achieve client goals. Although your role is primarily client-facing strategy and execution oversight, you can also dive into the weeds and use your deep platform expertise to drive results.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee annual budgets of 1-20m/yr across media channels (primarily Meta, Tiktok, and
    Google)

  • Lead client relationship and communication (regular meetings and QBRs)

  • Develop cohesive media strategies with creative at the forefront

  • Proactively suggest optimizations to improve clients' media program efficiency and
    scalability, working outside the dashboards (ie consult on funnel, signal engineering, etc)


REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-10 years of paid media experience (agency AND/OR consumer app experience highly
    preferred). Expertise in Meta required.

  • Experience managing accounts with 7 figure annual media budgets.

  • Strong presentation skills: the ability to craft compelling decks and speak effectively in
    client meetings is a must

  • Strong analytical skills

  • (Preferred) A deep understanding of mobile advertising (SKAN, AEM, MMPs, etc)
