ROLE SUMMARY

As Prevnar20 navigates a changing competitive environment, this role offers a chance to bring fresh strategies and innovative thinking to help defend market share. Reporting to the Senior Director, HCP Team Lead, the Prevnar 20 Adult, HCP lead Marketer will play a critical role in leading flawless execution of core components of the HCP strategy in order to achieve brand goals and ensure success.
This team operates in an environment that embraces and encourages innovative ideas and creates a culture of collaboration and teamwork. As the work evolves, priorities change, and needs arise, the individual will need to flex across several content areas to support/drive the work. It's a fast-paced, collaborative environment that requires an organized and coachable colleague with operational US Marketing experience (vaccines preferred) and the ability to navigate the organization and get things done.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Prevnar 20 Adult HCP lead is responsible for developing and executing strategies and tactics to defend market share and accelerate uptake in key patient groups. They will coordinate tactical efforts led by the director and senior brand manager to ensure alignment with brand strategies and objectives
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the NPP and Media Strategy efforts: review KPIs, adjust plan and manage budget
  • Oversee Sales Force Strategy and Tactical execution:
  • POAs, relevant CFC tactics such as DSP, optimal messaging and call flow evolution.
  • Collaborate with Field Leadership to gain input to inform planning and enable effective execution of brand tactics
  • Collaborate and align with marketing team counterparts and cross-functional team members to ensure the plans work in synergy to deliver overall revenue and profit objectives the brand and Pfizer Vaccines
  • Manage HCP budget, tactical execution, and performance of the Agency of Record and other key partner agencies


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of pharmaceutical experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • HCP marketing experience required
  • Digital and customer engagement experience
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills including creativity and effectiveness in identifying and prioritizing strategic challenges and balancing short term needs with long-term vision
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Change agile and dependable; ability to create deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to mobilize key stakeholders and engage senior leadership
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining productive/collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA preferred but not required
  • Vaccines experience strongly preferred
  • Pervious US HCP marketing experience preferred
  • Experience driving innovative digital strategies, campaigns and tactics that deliver improved customer experience and results

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $169,700.00 to $282,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
