What You’ll Do:
DeepIntent is expanding its ecosystem of data, identity, and platform partnerships and is seeking a strategic, execution-focused Director, Identity & Platform Partnerships to accelerate our capabilities, integrations, and business impact. This role will drive DeepIntent’s ecosystem strategy across identity, platform, and publisher data integrations, ensuring clients can seamlessly access the data, audiences, and systems needed for high-performing campaigns while uncovering new opportunities to enhance platform value.
The Director, Identity & Platform Partnerships will own commercial relationships, technical alignment, post-close execution, and ongoing performance management across a diverse portfolio that includes identity providers, data platforms, cloud environments, and publishers. Success in this highly cross-functional role requires deep expertise in identity, data flows, compliance, and ad tech integrations, paired with strong commercial judgment and partnership management skills.
Partnership Strategy & Ecosystem Expansion
- Identify and evaluate new channels, datasets, platforms, and capabilities that enhance DeepIntent’s value proposition and accelerate product innovation.
- Expand the number of identity, platform, and publisher integrations supporting DeepIntent products
- Act as commercial lead for all integrations, identity, and platform partners, including contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and long-term relationship development.
- Serve as a driver of partner monetization, value engineering, and opportunity prioritization.
Technical Integration, Compliance & Governance
- Oversee schema mapping, data source evaluation, technical due diligence, and compliance requirements for new and existing integrations.
- Partner with Legal, Data Science and Product/Engineering to advise on technical and regulatory compliance related to identity, consent, tokenization, data flows, and platform interoperability.
- Ensure solutions are technically sound, privacy-safe, and compliant with all relevant regulations and client requirements.
- Organize and manage post-close onboarding, ensuring integrations are executed efficiently and aligned with product timelines.
Sales & Client Support
- Act as subject matter expert for Data Integrations, Engineering, and GTM teams on platform integrations, identity solutions, and technical compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot deal-level issues alongside Sales, Client Services, and Platform Operations.
- Manage inbound partner requests from internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely evaluation and response.
Partner Management, Operations & Performance
- Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews and ongoing status updates with key partners, providing insights into performance, adoption, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Analytics and Platform Operations to generate data-driven recommendations for optimization and new initiatives.
- Maintain a prioritized partner pipeline based on client demand, strategic impact, technical feasibility, and revenue potential.
Commercial & GTM Enablement
- Manage end-to-end commercial negotiations for third-party platform partners supporting the product roadmap, working closely with Product, Finance, Legal etc.,
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop joint marketing assets, partner training materials, and co-branded announcements.
Who You Are:
- 8+ years of experience in ad tech, health tech, data partnerships, identity solutions, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of identity graphs, tokenization, interoperability, consent workflows, and healthcare data compliance (HIPAA, SOC2, etc.).
- Proven experience negotiating complex data and platform contracts and managing multimillion-dollar partner relationships.
- Ability to navigate technical discussions related to schema, ETL, data flows, cloud platforms, and system integrations.
- Demonstrated success driving partner-enabled revenue, margin, or product expansion.
- Experience working with publishers, data platforms, cloud environments, and identity partners
- A passion for building scalable, compliant, interoperable data and identity solutions.

DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package, inclusive of a base salary range of USD $165,000 - $180,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidate's skills, experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer an annualized bonus plan and competitive benefits as well as many other company offerings.
