Reporting to the Director of Investment Solutions, this individual brings deep capital markets expertise to fill critical organizational needs, specifically focusing on complex investment analysis, model building, and providing advisor-facing seniority.

This is a hands-on role where you will balance front-line advisor consultations with rigorous quantitative research, strategic asset allocation, and cross-functional technology development. Your capacity to execute repeatable processes and build scalable solutions will directly drive the firm's growth.

Your Impact

  • Serve as a senior, advisor-facing resource for ad-hoc consultations, providing expert portfolio analysis, transition strategies, and actionable insights to support client acquisition and retention.

  • Interface regularly with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to guide the development of internal investment tools.
  • Provide ongoing guidance, mentorship, and development support to junior members of the Investment Strategy team as the group scales.

The Ideal Match

  • CFA designation (or equivalent), with an advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience as a client-facing portfolio manager, investment strategist, or senior analyst within an RIA, wirehouse, or multi-asset team.
  • A proven "coach" mentality with the diplomatic skills necessary to respectfully challenge deeply held investment beliefs and navigate disagreements with advisors. • Strong technical proficiency in building strategic asset allocation frameworks and conducting quantitative and risk analysis.
