Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or military experience

- Experience with complex stakeholder management
- Experience with the external community in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and South Central (specifically DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia, Richmond, Atlanta, South Florida, Louisiana & Texas)
