  • Partner with Sales leadership to ensure tight alignment on pipeline creation, account-based marketing, and enablement tools.

Product & Partner Marketing

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new product releases and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer insights into positioning and messaging.
  • Develop joint marketing programs with key ecosystem and channel partners to expand market reach.

Team Development & Culture

  • Grow and mentor a high-performing marketing team that values creativity, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Establish processes and tools that scale as the company grows.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence across the organization.

Performance & Analytics

  • Define KPIs and OKRs that measure marketing’s impact on pipeline, revenue, and brand awareness.
  • Continuously analyze performance data to inform investment decisions and optimize ROI.

What We Need to See

  • 10–15 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Strong analytical mindset and experience leading data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling organization.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with government or defense procurement processes.
  • Prior leadership experience in high-growth or venture-backed technology environments.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing and enterprise go-to-market strategies.
