Responsibilities
- Lead Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability teams by setting strategic objectives, driving performance, developing talent, and supporting succession planning and growth.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety laws through oversight of permitting, audits, inspections, hazardous waste programs, regulatory reporting, agency interactions, and corrective action processes.
- Drive safety excellence by implementing EHS management systems, leading incident investigations and root cause analyses, developing preventive measures, and supporting safe construction and manufacturing operations.
- Lead all aspects of emergency preparedness and response programs, coordinating training, planning, and response activities to effectively lead EHS-related incidents and business risks.
- Lead sustainability initiatives and promote the use of AI and digital technologies to improve operational efficiency, data management, reporting, decision-making, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or experience in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience leading Environmental, Health, and Safety programs in manufacturing, industrial, construction, semiconductor, chemical, energy, or other highly regulated environments.
- Experience leading teams, developing technical professionals, and driving performance.
- Knowledge of environmental, occupational safety, emergency response, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Environmental, Safety, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Professional certification such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, PE, or proven experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale construction projects, contractor safety programs, and site expansion initiatives.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or other complex industrial environments with significant regulatory requirements.
- Experience using AI, automation, digital tools, data analytics, or sustainability programs to improve EHS performance and operational effectiveness.
