What You’ll Do

The Head of North America Channels will lead the strategy and execution of channel partnerships across the region. This role focuses on enhancing channel performance, driving revenue growth, and fostering relationships with key partners. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape the channel strategy in a dynamic market. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving growth and building strong partnerships across North America

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the channel strategy for North America to achieve revenue and market share goals. Identify and prioritize key strategic partnerships to drive growth

  • Channel Development: Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and enablement of channel partners. Create and maintain a robust partner ecosystem, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  • Performance Management: Set performance metrics and KPIs for channel partners, monitoring progress and driving accountability. Analyze channel performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align channel initiatives with overall business strategy. Foster strong relationships with key partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.

  • Budget Management: Manage the channel budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI. Monitor and report on channel performance against budgetary goals.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify new opportunities. Stay abreast of industry trends, adjusting strategies as necessary.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in channel management, business development, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of leading successful channel programs in North America.

  • Experience in Cybersecurity, SaaS, or other technical B2B environments.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to lead and inspire teams across multiple functions.

  • Proficiency in CRM and channel management software.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred

Location: Remote

Travel Required

This job may require up to 30% travel to be successful. Job-related travel expenses are reviewed and must be approved by your manager.

In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:

  • Compensation: $350,000 OTE 60/40 split annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.

  • Additional compensation: All full-time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.
