Who are we hiring? 

The Director Partner Management & Activation is responsible for leading account activation, delivery planning and revenue generating opportunities for current and future MSG Sports & Entertainment partners. Reporting into the VP/Senior Director Partner Management & Activation, this role will have a key focus on client communication, cross-functional MSG alignment, asset delivery, and program innovation alongside the MSG Business Solutions team.

What will you do?

  • Support the identification of incremental revenue opportunities for existing partners
  • Ensure strategic alignment, delivery against objectives for each P&L / division
  • Serve as the primary liaison while building strong relationships between the Partner Management & Activation team and internal stakeholders to deliver superior results
  • Coordinate renewal and upsell strategies with partner success team leads for implementation
  • Lead day-to-day responsibilities for revenue management including status reports, weekly planning calls, budgets, CRM, amongst others.
  • Will manage at least 2 people; Senior Manager/Manager and Coordinator

What do you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience
  • Strong cross-functional leader who can partner with internal and external clients
  • Knowledge of sports, music, media, and entertainment marketing platforms
  • Ability to understand business financials, set benchmarks and disseminate financial information
  • Proven developer of talent
  • Ability to delegate tasks effectively to maximize productivity
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced strategic and analytical abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to convert insights into business opportunities
  • Project management: ability to keep projects on track and delegate when necessary

Special Requirements

  • Required to work event nights based on business and/or partner needs

Pay Range
$150,000$165,000 USD
