As Director of Partner Management for the Middle East and Africa, you'll play a critical role in driving Circle's stablecoin adoption across key distribution partners in the region. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships & BD EMEA, you'll lead high-impact relationships with enterprise customers including digital wallets, financial institutions, remittance providers, and payment platforms. You'll manage complex partnerships from design through launch and growth, shaping foundational relationships that contribute directly to Circle's global expansion, market share, and wallet activity. With a deep understanding of customer goals, you'll serve as a trusted advisor-owning onboarding, activation, and success planning to unlock long-term value and impact.

What you'll work on
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand distribution of Circle's stablecoins across MEA markets.
Own strategic relationships with top partners, including banks, wallets, fintechs, and consumer platforms. - Collaborate cross-functionally to co-design success plans, GTM initiatives, and onboarding strategies.
- Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle-from early design and launch through enablement, expansion, and renewal.
- Align with partners on shared growth objectives and deliver scalable, measurable adoption plans.
- Drive onboarding success with a focus on Time to Value (TTV), supporting implementation milestones and go-live targets.
- Educate partners on Circle's platform, capabilities, and ecosystem to drive usage and advocacy.
- Serve as primary liaison across internal teams-Product, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Billing, and Support-to ensure excellence.
- Map stakeholder ecosystems within complex orgs, building trust across functional and executive levels.
Provide ongoing partner insights to inform product direction, market strategies, and sales plays. - Collaborate with Business Development to structure deals and evolve partnership models for long-term success.
What you'll bring to Circle
Core Requirements
- 12+ years of experience managing enterprise partnerships across full lifecycle, including onboarding, expansion, and renewal.
- Proven ability to own success plans and translate customer goals into measurable business outcomes.
- Deep experience building executive relationships, navigating complex orgs, and leading cross-functional execution.
- Strategic and technical fluency, with the ability to advise partners at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success driving revenue and product adoption with partners across financial services or platform ecosystems.
Preferred Requirements
- Strong background in fintech, crypto, payments, or financial services.
- Experience building early-stage programs or partnerships in high-growth or emerging markets.
- Ownership mindset with a bias for action, high attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellence.
- Comfortable leading both strategic and operational workstreams across global, matrixed teams.
